In Memoriam: Romeo S.A. Carlos
The UP Alumni Association mourns the passing of our former Executive Director, Romeo S.A. Carlos, whose dedication and service have left a lasting mark on the UPAA and the UP community.
He is among the pillars of the UPAA, known for his steadfast leadership and selfless service. His commitment to the alumni and the University inspired many, and we honor his legacy by continuing the work he so passionately championed.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. May he rest in peace, and may his memory inspire us to serve with the same devotion he exemplified.
