What our SPED teachers will do:
● Facilitate learning through individualized and group instruction, hands-on training and workshops
● Design lesson plans and prepare instructional materials for assigned students
● Gather data on student performance, analyze and submit progress reports
● Implement the individualized education programs and activities as planned both through our learning hub face-to-face and online
● Demonstrate strategies based on the analysis, training and guidance received from supervisors
● Regularly communicate with parents/caregivers through our centralized communication hub, parent-teacher conferences and team conferen
What our teachers bring to the table:
● Display versatility in teaching skills and managing behavior for students with different levels of functioning, from different age groups and class ratio implemented for different students.
● We expect teachers to have good organization skills, a natural knack for attention to details for and a working knowledge of Google platforms.
