He/she/they must be a graduate of Bachelor of Sports Science, Bachelor of Physical Education, or related degrees.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. Application letter addressed to UP Min Chancellor Prof. Lyre Anni E. Murao
2. Personal Data Sheet
3. Transcript of Records
4. Eligibility (Certified Authenticated Copy)
5. Certificate of employment from present/previous employer and copy of detailed description of work related to the position applied for, signed by proper authority (if applicant is from outside UP Min)
6. Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated)
7. Photocopy of trainings attended (as required for the position)
