The University of the Philippines Alumni Association (UPAA) is set to host the much-anticipated 2025 UPAA Alumni Awards Night on August 16, 2025, at the historic Ang Bahay ng Alumni in UP Diliman.
This annual celebration spotlights distinguished alumni from across the country and worldwide who have made significant contributions in their respective fields and continue to embody the ideals of honor and excellence that the University upholds.
This year’s awardees have undergone a rigorous selection process by a Board of Judges composed of respected leaders in various sectors, including education, government, science, business, and the arts. The awards recognize UP alumni whose work has made a lasting impact on society—locally and globally.
The celebration continues on August 17, 2025 (Sunday), at 4:00 PM, with the General Alumni Homecoming at the Ang Bahay ng Alumni. This beloved annual tradition brings alumni from all generations to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate their enduring ties to the University.
This year, UPAA will honor the following Jubilarian Batches: Diamond (60th) – Class of 1965, Golden (50th) – Class of 1975, Ruby (40th) – Class of 1985, and Silver (25th) – Class of 2000.
These milestone anniversaries mark decades of loyalty, leadership, and shared legacy—further enriching the spirit of the UP alumni community.
Together, these two flagship events reaffirm the UPAA’s mission to honor excellence, foster unity, and celebrate the legacy of the University of the Philippines and its global alumni network.
