UP alumni who graduate in 2025 and beyond will automatically receive an alumni email address. Please wait for a notification from the UP System IT Office, which will be sent to your existing UP email and/or your personal email.
Your UP student email will remain active for one year after graduation. It is strongly recommended to download and back up any important data or files within this period to avoid loss of access.
UP alumni who graduated in 2024 or earlier will need to register for an alumni email account by scanning the QR code above or visiting: https://alum.up.edu.ph/database/
