UP Diliman leads top-performing schools for June 2022 Architect Licensure Exam

The University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) was hailed as the top-performing school for June 2022 Architect Licensure Exam (ALE).



The Professional Regulation Commission released the results on Wednesday, June 23.

A total of 3,037 out of 4,766 passed the board exam.

UPD garnered an average of 97.01 percent with 65 out of 67 successful passers.

It was followed by the University of Santo Tomas with an 88.24 percent average. A total of 255 out of 289 examinees passed.

Meanwhile, a UP Mindanao graduate landed in the third spot of the top 10 highest places of June 2022 ALE.

Julius Benedict Aguilar Brillante finished with an 81.80 percent overall rating.

564 pass June physical therapist exam, 88 pass occupational therapist test

A graduate of the University of the Philippines-Manila was the top scorer among 564 successful takers of the June 2022 physical therapist licensure examination.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission in results released on Tuesday, Jean Ella Marie Taruc Razon of UP Manila scored 88.05% to best a field of 1,032 test takers.

In second place is Kevin Anthony Gutierrez Patron of De La Salle Medical & Health Sciences Institute, with a passing score of 88.0%.

Go here for the complete list of passers in the June 2022 CPA licensure examination. Note that the letter Ñ is ordered after Z, so a person with the surname Rañola, for example, is listed after a person with the surname Razon.

The top performing school is UP Manila, with a passing rate of 92.86%, or 26 of its 28 examinees.

The exam was administered in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Pampanga earlier this month.

Meanwhile, 88 out of 247 passed the occupational therapist licensure exam, also administered earlier this month. The topnotcher is Anne Marydon Vera Lariosa from the University of Santo Tomas, with a score of 81%. In second place is Bryan Daneal Arcenas Geguiento from Emilio Aguinaldo College-Manila, with a score of 80%.

3 UP campuses lead top performing schools in May Chemical Engineering Licensure Exam

The University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) got the leading spot on the Top 10 Performing schools in May 2022 Chemical Engineer Licensure Exam (ChELE).


All 44 examinees passed the board exam resulting in a 100 percent passing rate.

A total of four UPD graduates entered the top 10 highest places on the exam. They are Angelica Floresca Jao (Top 3/86.20 percent), Kobi Christian Sy Go (Top 6/85.30 percent), Maria Andrea Lisa Adaban Umali (Top 8/85 percent), and Sabrina Nicole Tejano Blanco (Top 9/84.90 percent).

Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) got the 2nd rank with a 95.45 passing rate percentage.

One UPLB examinee landed in the 5th spot namely Nomer Recio Mendoza (85.90 percent).

The University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) in Iloilo City got the 4th spot in top-performing schools with an 82.76 passing rate percentage.

UPM grads top Pharmacy licensure exam, College gets 100% passing rate

Five UP Manila (UPM) College of Pharmacy (UPCP) graduates were among the top ten passers of the April 2022 Pharmacist Licensure Examination, garnering the first, second, third, eighth, and ninth places.

The College also registered a 100 percent passing rate with 46 successful examinees. It was the top-performing school.

Adriel Luigi Coseip (BS Industrial Pharmacy, 2021, cum laude) earned the number one spot with 91.63%.

Anjila Bianca Aala (BS Industrial Pharmacy, 2020, cum laude) was in second place with 91.40%.

Elizabeth Anne Dela Cruz (BS Pharmacy, 2020) occupied number three with 90.45%.

Theresse Aireen Evangelista (BS Pharmacy, 2020, cum laude) was in eighth place with 89.75%.

Finally, Ma. Lourdes Pecunda (BS Industrial Pharmacy, 2019) finished ninth with 89.57%. UPM was also the top-performing school in the June and November 2021 exams, with 100% and 98.18% passing rates. Five UPCP graduates were also on the lists of top ten finishers in both 2021 exams.

In June 2021, they were at numbers two, three, five, seven, and nine. In November 2021, they finished in first, second, fifth, seventh, and ninth places. The conduct of the 2020 Pharmacist Licensure Examinations, among others, was postponed by the Professional Regulation Commission due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

UPLB grad tops April 2022 electrical engineer board exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Thursday that 3,029 out of 5,567 examinees passed the electrical engineer licensure examination given last April.

Rob Christian Magdayo Caduyac of University of the Philippines Los Baños received the highest rating at 91.70 percent.

Bienvenido Barrameda To Jr. of Malayan Colleges Laguna placed second (90.05 percent) while Jasper Biboso Gementiza of Northwest Samar State University in Calbayog was third (89.55).



A total of 1,717 out of 3,712 examinees, meanwhile, passed the master electrician licensure examination.

Rodriner Casugbo Billones of Capiz State University Main Campus topped the exams with a rating of 93 percent.

UP Manila grad tops pharmacist licensure exam

MANILA – A graduate from the University of the Philippines-Manila topped the April 2022 Pharmacist Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission announced on Friday.

According to the PRC, Adriel Luigi Garcia Coseip had a 91.63 rating for the exam, which was conducted in 15 areas.

Following Coseip were fellow UP Manila grads Anjila Bianca Lao Aala and Elizabeth Ann Panes Dela Cruz, who got 91.40 percent and 90.45 percent respectively. Elisha Bersamina Soriano from the University of Santo Tomas tied with Dela Cruz at third place with 90.45 percent as well.

678 out of 1,870 examinees passed the test, according to the PRC.

University of the Philippines-Manila was the top performing school with a passing rate of 100 percent.

UP Los Baños dominates March 2022 Veterinarian Licensure Examination

THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 288 out of the 607 examinees passed the March 2022 Veterinarian Licensure Examination.

Five graduates from the University of the Philippines Los Baños placed a spot in the top 10 namely Mark Lawrence Atienza (1), Stephen Cyril Pineda (3), Lia Isabella Soliman (5), Hannah Lee Aldave (7), and Zandrelle Lopes (10).

Similarly, the same university was also the top-performing school with 50 or more examinees getting at least an 80 percent passing rate after 57 of 60 got a rating of 95 percent.

The list of successful examinees may be viewed on the PRC’s website at prc.gov.ph.

The March 2022 Veterinarian Licensure Examination was held in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, and Tuguegarao.
