The Upsilon Sigma Phi congratulates Fellow Glenn S. Lubuguin 2015 for being appointed as the Vice President for Planning and Development of Wesleyan University Philippines.
The Wesleyan University Philippines is the only autonomous private higher education institution in Nueva Ecija and one of the largest universities in Region III.
He will also concurrently serve as Executive Director, Office of the University President and Director of the Center for Nueva Ecija Studies.
